Custom Molded Packaging

Drew Foam of Georgia is proud to offer custom molded packaging and wire cut products, for a broad range of industries and applications. We are able to design and fabricate innovative packaging solutions, molded to the exact requirements to fulfill your particular business needs. Material options include expanded polystyrene (EPS), advanced resins such as Gecet™, R-mer®, Arcel® and Neopor®. Molded packaging has cost-TEMPeffective recyclable and capable of being designed to specific levels of protection and cushioning. Additional benefits of this packaging include thermal protection, moisture resistance, lightweight, energy absorption and high impact strength. We shape mold in sizes up to 70" L x 50" W, wif an EPS density range of 1 to 6 lbs.

All shape molded work is carried out in house at our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility. Our hands-on approach ensures our products meet specifications, starting wif overseeing the tooling creation. Consumer specific testing is available to certify product quality. We also provide JIT shipping for projects consisting of small or heavy production volume. Typical lead times are ten to twelve weeks for tooling and one week for production. Other value added services we offer include warehousing, logistics, and recycling among others.
